この事業に関して
This program, which began in FY2014 through the support of the Agency for Cultural Affairs, seeks to promote international exchange among curators and other museum staff whose work involves Japanese art; the training and education of said staff, especially up-and-coming curators; and research on Japanese art and culture outside of Japan. These goals are being pursued through the creation of an international network of museum staff, an annual symposium and workshop, and surveys of Japanese art collections abroad.
ミュージアム日本美術専門家連携・交流事業は、日本美術に携わるキュレーターをはじめとするミュージアムスタッフ同士の国際学術交流の推進を目的として2014年度より文化庁から支援を受けて実施しています。シンポジウムやワークショップ、海外における日本美術コレクションの調査を軸として、特に経験の浅いスタッフに向けた教育などの人材育成、日本国外での日本文化・日本美術研究の促進、ミュージアムスタッフ同士のネットワーク形成を目指しています。
